This Privacy Policy explains how stilltime, made by SeroLabs, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in the stilltime app. The short version: stilltime is an offline meditation timer that collects nothing about you — no account, no server, no analytics. What we collect: nothing我们收集什么：什么都不收集

stilltime does not collect any personal information. There is no user account and no sign-in. We run no analytics, we do not track your usage, and the app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. stilltime does not request the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across apps or websites. 本应用不设账号体系，无需注册或登录，也没有自己的服务器。本应用未集成任何第三方 SDK，不含广告，不进行任何形式的用户追踪或行为分析，也不会读取或使用广告标识符（IDFA），不会跨应用或网站追踪您。

Your records, and iCloud您的记录与 iCloud 同步

Your session history, and any mood or note you add, are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, stilltime syncs them through your own private iCloud database using Apple’s CloudKit. This data lives in your personal iCloud account under your Apple ID — we operate no servers of our own and have no access to it; only you, through your iCloud credentials, can read it. Apple HealthApple 健康

Only with your permission, stilltime writes your completed sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes, and can log a State of Mind entry. This is written to the Health database on your device; stilltime does not read your other health data, and this information is never sent to us. You can revoke this permission at any time in the Health app or in iOS Settings. 仅在您明确授权后，本应用才会将您完成的冥想写入 Apple“健康”，记为正念分钟，并在您使用相关功能时写入一条心情记录。这些数据写入您设备上的“健康”数据库；本应用不会读取您“健康”中的其他数据，也不会将其发送给我们。您可随时在“健康”应用或 iOS“设置”中撤回该授权。

If you use stilltime’s optional Deep Focus feature, your app selections are handled by Apple’s Screen Time (Family Controls) framework. iOS represents them as opaque tokens that the app cannot read or resolve into app names — stilltime never learns which apps you chose, and this information never leaves your device. 若您使用本应用可选的“深度专注”功能，您所选择的应用由 Apple 的“屏幕使用时间”（家庭控制）框架处理。系统以不透明的加密令牌表示您的选择，本应用无法读取，也无法将其还原为具体的应用名称——本应用始终不会得知您选择了哪些应用，相关信息也不会离开您的设备。

Purchases购买

stilltime offers a single one-time in-app purchase. It is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. 本应用提供一项一次性内购。该内购完全由 Apple App Store 处理，我们不会收集或存储您的支付信息。

Children’s privacy未成年人保护

stilltime is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. These Terms of Use govern your use of stilltime. By downloading or using stilltime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. 本使用条款约束您对颂钵时间的使用。您下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款。若您不同意，请勿下载或使用本应用。

License许可

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use stilltime for your own personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law. 在您遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您一项个人的、非商业性的、不可转让、可撤销的有限许可，供您在您本人拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上使用本应用，并须遵守 App Store 使用规则。除法律允许外，您不得复制、修改、分发、出售本应用或对其进行反向工程。

Apple’s Standard EULAApple 标准许可协议

Your use of stilltime is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). To the extent these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs. Purchases购买

stilltime is free, with a single optional one-time purchase (the Resonance Collection). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled solely by Apple; please direct any refund request to Apple through your App Store account. A revoked or refunded purchase returns the app to its free tier and never affects your existing records. 本应用免费提供，并含一项可选的一次性内购（余音集）。所有购买均由 Apple App Store 处理并计费，适用 Apple 的相关条款。退款仅由 Apple 办理，退款请求请通过您的 App Store 账户向 Apple 提交。购买被撤销或退款后，本应用将回到免费版本，且不影响您已有的记录。

It is not a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEROLABS, INC.
